Clubs

The first round of clubs run by the Cherrelyn staff begin on September 1st! This year, each round will have three clubs which will be held on Tuesdays from 3:00pm - 4:00pm and will run for seven weeks per round. The last day of round 1 will be October 20th. Due to conferences, no clubs will be held on October 13th.

The three clubs for the first round are:

Art Club with Ms. Bisharat - Grades Kinder - 3 only (10 students)

Cursive Club with Mrs. Fletcher - Grades 3 through 6 only (20 students)

Game Club with Ms. Goldtrap - Grades 3 through 6 only (20 students)

 

Sign ups & Capacity:

First Come, First Served: Spots fill up fast! Each club has a strict maximum capacity to keep group sizes manageable.

Confirmations: Once we process the majority of sign-ups, you'll receive a confirmation message verifying your student's club assignment.

Waitlists: If your child's choice reaches its limit, you will be notified and we’ll automatically place them on a waitlist in case a spot opens up.

Clubs come at no cost to families. However, because these are sponsored by our teachers, we are accepting donations to help cover the cost of materials. Again, donations are not required to join a club.
